The Stump of King Grass was granted for risers of terrace strengthen. A unit UPPSA was ten hectares. There were three problems faced. 1. The incentives were taken at the early of rainy season (October) when the rush time for farmers to tillage their agricultural field, since seedling of trees and king grass so late to be planted. 2. The need of soil conservation incentive is not equal for any location but the project put up the same manner. 3. In some villages, the local institution was not conductive to facilitate for the incentive but the project still employ the institution. To solve the problems, participatory planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation should be conducted for forthcoming soil conservation incentive.
